The short version
Cinderwing does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and it does not have permission to use the internet, so it cannot send anything anywhere. Your progress is saved only on your device.
Who we are
Cinderwing (the "app") is made and published by NXN Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). NXN Technologies LLC is responsible for the app and for this policy. You can reach us at the contact address at the end of this page.
What the app collects
Nothing. Specifically, the app:
- does not ask you to create an account or sign in;
- does not show ads and contains no advertising code;
- contains no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code;
- offers no in-app purchases;
- does not request the Android internet permission, so it cannot connect to the internet or send data off your device;
- does not access your contacts, photos, files, location, camera, microphone or device identifiers.
The only permission the app requests is vibrate, which lets it vibrate your device. It gives the app no access to your data.
What is stored on your device
The app saves your game progress and settings (for example cleared stages, scrap, unlocked ships and upgrades, best times, and volume and control settings) in its own private storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and we never see it.
- You can erase it at any time in the game: Settings → Reset progress.
- Uninstalling the app deletes it.
- The app opts out of Android's cloud backup, so it is not copied to a Google account backup.
Sharing
We do not sell, share, rent or disclose any data, because we do not have any. No third-party services are built into the app.
Google Play
You get the app through Google Play. Google may collect information when you browse, download or update apps, under Google's privacy policy. We do not control that, and Google does not share personal data about you with us through the app. Google Play may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as install counts or crash rates reported by Android itself); these do not identify you.
Children
Cinderwing is not directed at children under 13. The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not add you to any mailing list.
This website
cinderwing.nxntechnologiesllc.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from other sites. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running; we do not use them to identify or track visitors.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. Your saved progress is under your control on your device. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if it starts using the internet), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above.
